Where CRC plugs in
CRC bids into the general contractor's scope package as a self-performing specialty trade partner. We handle concrete flatwork and pads, low-voltage cabling for POS, security, and AV, spray foam envelope work, batt and blown-in insulation, and site sanitation logistics — coordinated with the GC's superintendent, not competing with it.
CRC does not pursue prime GC contracts on commercial buildouts. We bid trade scopes directly to your commercial GC, developer, or PM firm.
