CRC works underneath your hospitality GC or brand program manager as a specialty trade partner. We self-perform concrete, low-voltage AVL, spray foam and insulation upgrades, and phased on-site sanitation — sized around guest floors, ballrooms, and back-of-house sequencing.
CRC does not bid hospitality projects as a prime general contractor. We bid trade scopes into the GC or hospitality program manager already on the project.
